Every inquiry is saved in the shared team inbox. Choose who also receives an email. Recipient changes apply to new inquiries; queued notifications retain their original recipients.

For Proton, use the SMTP username and token generated in Proton Mail settings. Proton SMTP setup instructions. Leave the token field blank to retain the saved token.
