Give members a team address.
Grant a @brandoncert.org mailbox to an active CERT member. Email stays hosted at MXroute; the assigned address appears in the member’s My email page.
Email tools
Mailbox creation does not send an invitation or change the member’s CERT website login. Share the initial mailbox password privately with the member. Website access revocation does not disable MXroute email; manage mailbox suspension or deletion in MXroute.
Email address requests
Create a mailbox or link an existing one to complete a request. The member will receive an email when their address is assigned.
MXroute connection settings
Create a key in MXroute → Advanced → API Keys. Enter the server and control-panel username shown there.

Use this for an address already created at MXroute. Linking records the assignment; it does not change its password or transfer existing messages. Verify the mailbox belongs to the selected member.
