Reading these numbers
Unique visitors are estimated browsers, not people. A different device, private browsing, or cleared storage can count again. A visit starts after 30 minutes without tracked activity. Page views include reloads; viewing a homepage section does not create another page view.
Engaged time counts 15-second intervals while the page is visible, focused, and recently used. It is an estimate and may miss short visits. Action counts represent interactions, not verified inquiries, successful reactions, or new members. Section reach means its heading was visible for at least one second.
Referrers are broad source categories attached to the visit; “direct” includes unknown or hidden sources. Device groups reflect screen width. Browsers that block tracking, opt out, or request Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control are excluded. Known bot user agents are filtered, but these are directional metrics, not audited traffic counts.
No names, emails, IP addresses, messages, search terms, or private topic titles are stored in analytics. Records are retained for 400 days. Privacy and browser opt-out.
