Events & RSVPs

Let organizers know whether you can attend. Your name and response are visible to administrators and site editors; teammates see totals. Each date in a recurring event has its own responses.

Dates and times are Eastern Time. Responses may be changed through the event date. We email a confirmation when you change your RSVP. Members marked Going receive a reminder at 9:00 AM Eastern the day before, including your selected shifts for long events. Meetings do not require an RSVP.
